I’m not sure how I’m going to go about this yet. We'll do a deep dive into delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma frequencies as well as binaural beats and how they affect state of mind, induce sleep, focus, peacefulness, etc.… I’ll add links to my favorite sound producers and meditation guides. Maybe one day I’ll produce my own meditations with the help of my sons?

I'll discuss the sounds of nature and the peace it brings - the ocean, a babbling brook, wind in the trees, wildlife, etc...

And last but definitely not least - MUSIC!
